Flying down frozen slopes surrounded by pure white snow and green pines was more than a physical breath of fresh air last week. I had an eventful and fun time in Switzerland, skiing with my family but had the usual back to work heebie-jeebies this morning.

I’ve got a mixed week ahead, and it’s going to be full of ups and downs, just like the slopes and ski-lifts. Tomorrow is the 4^th anniversary of meeting my amazing boyfriend. I know miracles exist because he’s put up with me all this time, and I’m not saying this because I’m HIV positive but because I am aware that on paper you would think I was an absolute nightmare match for him, but he obviously sees something in me that makes all the drama I create worth dealing with, I think it’s true that opposites attract, but we also have enough common shared interests.

He’s always been there for me when I have needed him most and this week if definitely one of those times. On Friday it’s my nans funeral and it’s going to be a hard day. I miss her so much already and she has only been gone a couple of weeks.

I’m not really in the mood to write much more but just wanted to get something down for my own benefit! I’m not ok at the moment but I will be.
